Start will be from Tesco Dingwall taking us via Garve, over to Lochcarron, then a run over the wee hill to Applecross, leaving there along the coast road via Fernbeg, Shieldaig, Torridon, Kinlochewe and back to Dingwall via Achnasheen.
Coffee and lunch venues to be confirmed depending on number of participants.
