Meet at Cafe V8 in Inverness for 9:45am for a 10:00am departure.

Take the A9 to the Inches junction then the B9006 to Cawdor, turning right at Cawdor Castle onto the B9090 and continue to the A939.

Stay on the A939 via Grantown on Spey to Tomintoul then on to Braemar via the B976 and A93.

Coffee Stop in Braemar.

Continue on the A93 through the Glenshee Ski Centre then cut off on the B950 to join the A924 to Pitlochry.

We’ll stop in Pitlochry for Lunch

From Pitlochry go on the A9 and turn off at Dalwhinnie, taking the back roads to Laggan, Newtonmore, Kingussie, Aviemore.

Coffee stop in Aviemore

From Aviemore take the back road to Carrbridge then take the A9 turning off at Tomatin, pass through Tomatin and then head South briefly turning right just before the Findhorn Bridge to take the Garbole road to Farr.

From Farr take the U1104 over the Tordarroch Bridge (breathe in), turn left at the junction towards Dunlichity, pass Loch Duntelchaig and Loch Ashie before passing through Essich and back to Cafe V8.
